The Haunt Review has designed this Privacy Policy to help you understand how we collect and use the personal information you decided to share, and help you make informed decisions when using FrightTour, located at TheHauntReview.com.

We record your personal information which is your name and your email address only when you make that decision to offer it. Registration requires a valid e-mail address. Registrants providing an invalid e-mail address will be denied the right to receive our newsletter. The purpose of a valid e-mail address is used only for your subscription to our 100% opt-in mailing list. Users have the ability to opt out of this newsletter at any time.

Our servers log URLs and times of access to each page of our site, the referring URL and the IP address or hostname of the computer making the request. We use this information only to monitor the volume of traffic to the site, except in cases where we suspect a user is abusing the site’s resources. In such cases, we will attempt to identify the ISP of the user and let the provider know about the abuse.

You must be 13 years of age or older to register for FrightTour, in accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA). DO NOT REGISTER UNLESS YOU ARE AT LEAST 13 YEARS OF AGE. We are not permitted by law to collect information from persons under the age of 13 without proof of parental consent, and therefore choose not to accept registrations of those under the age of 13.
